Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or at the sole discretion of Ace Pathshala, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits will be issued, including for any unused content or partially unused period of time during the Subscription Term, unless Ace Pathshala decides otherwise. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time, but this will not entitle you to a refund or credit. In rare cases where Ace Pathshala decides to issue a refund or credit, this does not create an obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
